Conducting and participating in international conferences
May - The Densaulyk Association, with the support of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan, held an international conference "Health risk factors: modern challenges and innovative solutions". The conference was attended by more than 80 people, including experts from several countries: Kazakhstan, Russia, Great Britain, Austria, Israel, Kyrgyzstan, republican government authorities, medical universities, and international and public organizations.
June - Participation in international conferences of the working group of the Association “Densaulyk” Global Nicotine Forum – Warsaw, Poland, June 14-16, 2017 The speaker was B.N. Tumenova.October - International Conference "Combating risk Factors as a universal strategy for improving public health".

Publication of analytical data and CHR
June - Global Nicotine Forum – Warsaw. (Kurbanbayeva G.T., Tumenova B.N.). According to the results, a press conference was held, as well as a presentation and discussion of the documentary about nicotine and tobacco smoking "A Billion Lives".
June - Analytical notes have been prepared: For the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Yereyev Genre), an analytical note on NCDs. Various social networks were also presented researches.
October - The concept of harm reduction was prepared by the members of the Working Group and finalized, taking into account the comments and recommendations made. At the expanded meeting of the Working Group, held on October 27, 2018, in Astana, a unanimous decision was made to approve the CWS and take it to work.
Formation of the public health service
May - Participation in a conference on drug decriminalization organized by the World Association for Harm Reduction. Porto, Portugal, April 30 – May 2. The speaker and participant was B.N. Tumenova.
November - International Harm Reduction Conference in YEREVAN, 2019. Yerevan Medical University. The speaker and participant was B.N. Tumenova.
December - In order to implement the State Program for the Development of Healthcare of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Densaulyk" for 2016-2019, by order of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan, an Expert group was established to implement the project "Formation of a public health service and interaction at the interdepartmental level on public health promotion", which included 7 members of the working group.

Establishment of the Densaulyk Association
January - The Aman-Saulyk Public Foundation, an expert and human rights organization in the field of health and social protection, announced the establishment of the Densaulyk Association on January 28, 2021. The task of the association is to reduce the harm to the health of Kazakhstanis caused by risk factors of non—communicable diseases and stress.
September - The National Association "Densaulyk" for the Reduction of harm caused by risk factors of non-communicable diseases presented an analysis of the application of differentiated taxation on certain groups of goods.
Publication of research on NCDs and environmental issues
April - Recommendations on taxation of products with heated tobacco based on the international experience of the EAEU, CIS, EU, OECD countries.
June - The National Association "Densaulyk" for the Reduction of harm caused by risk factors of non-communicable Diseases conducted a desk study on the impact of environmental problems on the growth of non-communicable diseases.
June - The National Association for Harm Reduction of Risk Factors of Noncommunicable Diseases for Human Health "Densaulyk", presented the first study on the eating habits of Kazakhstanis as one of the risk factors for non-communicable diseases (NCDs). One of the main goals of the study is to study the effect on the body of the consumption of fast carbohydrates from various foods.
Participation in international scientific conferences
April – The association co-organized the international City Health conference in Bishkek. The focus of the conference is public health, modern challenges, harm reduction. The conference gathered over 100 participants from 15 countries around the world.
June – participation in the international scientific conference in Warsaw, Poland. The Association shared its experience and vision on strengthening the health of society in Kazakhstan.
September – The Densaulyk Association was invited by the Ministry of Health of the Kingdom of Morocco to participate in the II African Harm Reduction Conference in Marrakech, Morocco. Vice Chairman Gintautas Kendra made a report on the experience of Kazakhstan.
Organization of a conference with the Ministry of Health and Medical organizations
February – the association organized a round table with the participation of deputies of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan and representatives of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan to present the results of a national sociological study to identify public opinion on the assessment of the attitude of the adult population of Kazakhstan to their health and lifestyle.
April – The association organized a round table with the participation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan to discuss the state of public health in Kazakhstan, as well as to discuss the Concept of harm reduction as an approach aimed at reducing harm to people's health from bad habits and thereby strengthen the health of the nation.
May – experts of the Gintaus K. Association And T. Nurgozhin took part in the 35th World Congress of Neuropsychopharmacology CINP, which was held in Tokyo, Japan. The results of a study on the topic of psycho-physiological dependence and harm reduction from bad habits were presented.
